Filing supporting documentation
If you wish to voluntarily provide documentation related to a previously submitted declaration, on the procedures page of said procedure in the electronic headquarters you will have the link "Provide complementary documentation".
Like other electronic presentations, the provision of documentation requires an electronic certificate/ DNI or, if you are a natural person, also Cl@ve .
Complete the fields required for electronic registration and click "Add file" to include the documentation.
Some of the formats that the system supports as valid are .csv, .docx, .gif, .png, .jpg, .pdf, .mp3, .mp4, .txt and compressed .zip or .7z files. The supported size of each of the attached files cannot exceed 64 Mb capacity. You can consult the complete list of supported formats in the "Help" link available in each of the documentation contribution forms.
It is recommended that the file you are trying to attach be saved in the path C:\ AEAT since, depending on the procedure with which the provision of documentation is related, this location will be mandatory.
If you do not have a file, you can write the reason for the presentation in the enabled field. A PDF document will be generated and incorporated into the system.
The correct response for providing documentation will be a receipt that includes all the information along with the link "View in printable format" to obtain the receipt in PDF
The CSV (Secure Verification Code) is also included, which also allows obtaining proof through the "Comparison of electronic documents". Additionally, each file presented will have its own CSV associated with it.
