Filing supporting documentation
If you wish to voluntarily provide documentation related to a declaration filed previously, on the E-Office procedures page you will have the link "Submit complementary documentation."
Like other electronic presentations, the contribution of documentation requires an electronic certificate/DNI or, if it is an individual, also Cl@ve.
Fill in the required fields for the online registration and click on "Add file" to include the documentation.
Some of the formats that the system supports as valid are .csv, .docx, .gif, .png, .jpg, .pdf,. mp3, .txt and compressed .zip or. mp4 files. 7z The admitted size of each of the attached files cannot exceed 64 MB of capacity. You can view the full list of formats accepted in the "Help" link available on each of the documentation contribution forms.
It is recommended that the file you are trying to attach is saved on route C:\ AEAT, since, depending on the procedure with which the documentation is provided, this location will be mandatory.
If you do not have a file, you can write the reason for the presentation in the enabled field. A PDF document will be generated, which will be added to the system.
The correct response to the documentation contribution will be a supporting document that includes all the information together with the link "See in printable format" to obtain the supporting document in PDF
It also includes the CSV (Secure Verification Code), which also allows the receipt to be obtained through the "Verification of electronic documents." Each file submitted will also have its own CSV associated.
