How to file batch tax returns
The Tax Agency offers a batch submission service that allows you to send declarations corresponding to the same model, fiscal year and period jointly and automatically.
The batch presentation option is found within the presentation options of each declaration model.
This type of presentation only accepts electronic identification with a certificate or DNIe .
The new Batch presentation application is compatible with any properly updated browser. Allows you to select several files from the presenter's disk drive and optionally a file with the NRC s, to proceed with your presentation.
Click on "Select the declarations" to add the files to be submitted and, if applicable, click "Select file with NRC ".
Once the files have been selected, they will be displayed at the bottom, click on "Agree" and press "Sign and send" to finish the submission process.
The presentation allows you to collect the details of the returns submitted successfully, as well as those submitted with errors (file in JSON format). JSON files are text files that can be opened with specific programs or generic applications, such as Windows Notepad.
Access to the supporting documents for the declarations submitted is done by downloading a compressed file ZIP that contains all the supporting documents submitted correctly in that session, as well as a file with any errors found.
Additionally, from the "Download metadata" button you can download in JSON format a list with the data of the declarations submitted correctly in this batch session. If the model is 576 , it even allows downloading the "log" variable defined in the specifications of this model.
