8.2.7.5. Section F5 Special regime for mergers, spin-offs and exchanges of securities

This section will be completed by those taxpayers who, being partners of non-resident entities in Spain, have been affected in this year by merger, spin-off or exchange of securities carried out by said entities.

You must indicate the taxpayer partner of the entity and the number of operations carried out in this special regime.
