4.1. Initial discharge
Once you select this help service, the first page will appearwith multiple tabs corresponding to the concepts: “Identification Data”, “Addresses”, “Representatives” and “Activities”.

In the different sections offered in each tab, they will appear, where appropriate, information notices and aids which are indicated by a “question mark” icon in blue
so that you can correctly answer the questions asked.
In addition, the system offers access to help from the Tax Agency at the bottom of all screens.ADI, Do you need help?.
By clicking on the icon you can access the following help services:

The automatic responses of the Census informant. If you need more information, you can access the chat or the INFORMA+ service, both of which are staffed by specialists from the Comprehensive Digital Administration.

Direct access to the chat attended by specialists from the Comprehensive Digital Administration.

Telephone appointment of Census.
To request the telephone appointment:

When the “Need help?” pop-up window appears, select the “We’ll call you” option.

Please indicate the date and time you would like to be contacted. If agents are available, you can be served immediately.

An agent of the AEAT will contact you to provide the necessary assistance.
