4.1.3. Representatives
In this tab, the user must notify the Tax Administration of their legal representatives in the case of individuals who lack the capacity to act in tax matters. Likewise, the details of any representatives who have been appointed voluntarily must be communicated.
If the taxpayer is acting on his or her own behalf, he or she may continue without adding information regarding the representation.

If you are acting through a representative (legal or voluntary), please provide their details. Has to click on the title “Representatives: Only complete if you have a representative” to include the details of the necessary voluntary or legal representative. To join, the registration icon with the symbol will be used. (+) High (new record).

To add a representative, after clicking the symbol (+) High (new registration), two sections will be displayed that must be completed:

The "Identification of the representative".

The "Cause of representation" which justifies its inclusion.

The following fields must be completed:

Representation type
-
Legal (e.g. guardians, trustees, etc.)

Voluntary (granted by power of attorney)

NIF/NIE of the representative
-
Surname(s) and Name or corporate name

Start date of the performance
-
Title of the representation (title or document in which the representation is recorded)
Once you have completed the required fields, you must click "Keep". In case of error, you can select "Delete" to delete the entered data.
If you want to add more than one representative, you must press again the registration icon with the (+) symbol High (new registration), to enter the data of the new representative.
Once the data on this tab has been completed (if applicable), the user should access the tab "Activities", either by clicking directly on them or using the option “To continue, go to the tab "Activities"", or use the available options:
