12.3.1 Information notices from the Tax Agency, the Economic Administrative Courts and the Directorate General of Taxes
The Tax Agency, the Economic-Administrative Courts and the Directorate General of Taxes provide taxpayers with a service of information notices relevant.
To receive these notifications, you need to subscribe to the application. “Notices from the Tax Agency, the Economic-Administrative Courts and the Directorate General of Taxes by email or mobile phone.” You access the subscription service with an electronic certificate or DNIe , Cl@ve, eIDAS or reference number (RENØ Service). The means by which such notifications will be received will be requested, either a mobile phone number or an email address.

Once the subscription has been made, the notifications received from the AEAT may be about Income; sending of Income box, payment of Income tax refund, Collection; deferrals / installments, compensations, etc. These notices are not considered notifications.

Likewise, in the Income Tax campaign, when entering “Draft/declaration processing service (Renta WEB)”, among the available services the option “Contact information to receive notices from the Tax Agency” is displayed, which allows the taxpayer to register for this service.
Likewise, when entering Renta WEB, when personal data is confirmed, the following message is displayed: “The AEAT makes it possible for taxpayers to receive notices and general information on their mobile phones or email addresses. Do you authorize the use of your mobile number and/or email for this purpose?
Furthermore, it should be noted that the Tax Agency publishes the headlines of its content in RSS format. This allows you to integrate the latest news into the Web or view it in the RSS client itself, updated 24 hours a day and with direct links to its full content. You can choose to subscribe to all channels or to specific content: Customs news, statistics, analysis, press releases, more about the Tax Agency.
Likewise, from the App, it is possible to subscribe to these categories or channels to receive notifications of news from the AEAT , selecting those that may be of interest (statistics, press releases, ...).
