14. Social networks - Other immediate communication systems
The widespread use by citizens of Social Networks, together with technological development, has led the AEAT , like other Public Administrations, to use mechanisms that allow improving information and communication, getting closer to the citizen in a simple, immediate and universal way. This is why AEAT makes a Twitter account available to citizens for the purpose of computer support.
