14.1 Chat
This is a channel for providing assistance in the completion and/or submission of declarations for certain models, as well as assistance in matters relating to Customs and Excise, or technical computer problems.
Access to this support channel is via the “Need help?” icon, , which emerges in some procedures for completing and/or submitting certain declarations or forms in the electronic office, such as completing and/or submitting forms 030, 036, 131, 303, etc., or through the Digital Assistance options ( ADI ) in Customs matters ( Link to Customs ).
By clicking on this Icon, a screen is displayed with the possible help channels for the corresponding management/procedure, one of which is the Chat, which allows the taxpayer to access a Chat with human agents specialized in the corresponding subject.
To do so, once the channel has been selected, the taxpayer's first name, last name, and tax identification number must be entered.
Opening hours are from 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Monday to Friday (until 3:00 p.m. in August).
