Section I.3 presents a summary of the common transit regime.

Section I.4 presents a summary of the Union transit regime and other transit regimes applicable in the EU.

Section I.5 deals with exceptions.

Section I.6 is reserved for specific national instructions.

Section I.7 is reserved for the exclusive use of customs administrations.

Section I.8 includes the annexes.
