Article 119, paragraph 2, letter a), of the AD

EU goods transported by air from one EU airport to another without stopping outside the EU benefit from the presumption of EU status, provided they travel under a single transport document, i.e., the air waybill issued in a Member State. Thus, in these circumstances, no proof is required for Union goods.
