This section describes the ordinary traffic regime, implemented through the New Computerized Transit System (NCTS).
Note: Part V describes the procedure for continuing business if the NCTS cannot be used.

Chapter IV.3 addresses procedures and incidents during transport.

Chapter IV.4 describes the procedures at the destination customs office.

Chapter IV.5 is dedicated to Andorra, San Marino and the special fiscal territories.
