Find out how to modify your personal identification data, name or surname, change from NIE to DNI, tax residence

If you have modified your personal data, such as name and surname, sex, NIF , your status as a resident or non-resident in Spanish territory, you must report said modification by submitting form 030 accompanied by the documentation that accredits said change.

If you report a change in your personal or identification data, you must provide:

• Photocopy of the applicant's Tax Identification Number (or DNI/NIE).
• Documentation proving the requested change in personal data.

If you change your tax residence abroad, you must provide:

• Tax residency certificate issued by the Tax Authority corresponding to the applicant's address abroad.
• National Identity Document (DNI) or NIE accreditation card.
