Types of power of attorney

Those who want to act through a representative online may opt to delimit the extension of a power of attorney granted by the singular choice of each of the procedures to those they wish it to extend to, or empower to carry out some or all of the following general categories of procedures:

• Procedures that, in accordance with article 46.2 of the General Tax Act, require their accreditation by any legally valid method that can be reliably recorded or by personally appearing before the competent administrative body. If you opt for this possibility, once granted the aforementioned general power of attorney for all procedures of article 46.2 of the General Tax Act, this will be extended to all procedures of article 46.2 of General Tax Law whose execution online is enabled or will be enabled in the future.

• Search for personal information. The representation will be extended to all the consultations of personal data enabled or to be enabled in the future.

• Reception of notifications.

• Payment of debts managed by the Tax Agency through online structuring of direct debits in accounts owned by the appointing party.
