What you should know about these options
We inform you about the actions you can take with the options of paying, deferring or consulting debts.
Within the pay option, the following actions can be carried out:
1. Pay all my debts: From this option you can pay all the debts that are outstanding at that moment in one go. If any debt had any peculiarity, this option would direct us to Pay some debt so that we can decide whether to pay it or not pay it at that time.
2. Select any debt: From this option you can choose from all the debts pending payment, which one you want to pay at this moment and which one you don't.
3. Pay with document code (receipt number): Using this option, payment can be made by entering the receipt number of the payment letter that has been received, so that only what is included in said receipt will be paid.
Within the Defer and Split option you can select debts you have and defer or split their payment. If you have been granted a deferral, you can advance your payment and cancel it. You can also change the direct debit of the requested deferrals and those that have already been granted. From here you can answer requirements related to the postponement requests submitted, as well as make allegations.
From this option you will access all outstanding debts, being able to access each of them to delve deeper into the information.
From direct debits, you can consult, revoke, rehabilitate or rectify a direct debit account.
From checking previous payments and NRC you can check payments already made distinguishing between:
-
Self-assessments, and in turn between self-assessments paid by debit to account or by card.
-
Settlements, and in turn between settlements paid by account debit or by card.
-
Rates.
-
NRC, cancellation requests may only be requested and cancellation requests previously made may only be consulted for those for which cancellation is possible. The NRCs of settlements made by the Administration can no longer be cancelled.
