Access for EU citizens (eIDAS)

EU Citizen Authentication System (eIDAS) is the authentication system implemented under the eIDAS Regulation, which allows citizens of an EU country to use the identification and authentication mechanisms provided by another EU country, to access public services in other Member States. eIDAS facilitates access to public administration services in a secure and efficient manner, and is an important step towards digital integration in Europe.
