Security and Control Commission
Chaired by the person holding the Presidency of the Tax Agency and made up of the heads of its General Directorate, the General Intervention of the State Administration and the General Inspectorate of Economy and Finance, and the members of the Agency's Standing Management Committee, its basic task is to draw up criteria and propose rules to ensure that the Agency's activities strictly comply with the provisions that regulate them, to maintain the internal security of the Agency and to defend the integrity of the Treasury's economic interests.
The Security and Control Commission shall supervise the work of the Sectoral Security and Control Commissions to be established within the Agency and shall have access to the financial control or audit reports relating to the above issues.
