Until his appointment as Director of the Human Resources Department by Resolution of July 14, 2026, of the Presidency of the State Tax Administration Agency, he held the following positions:

• Minister of Finance and Public Administration in the Government of La Rioja.

• Director of the Human Resources Department of the State Tax Administration Agency.

• Director of the Cabinet of the Minister of Public Works.

• Director General of Services of the Ministry of Public Works.

• Chief Economic and Financial Officer of RENFE-Operadora.

• Director General of Migration Management at the Ministry of Inclusion, Security and Migration.

• Advisory member in the Cabinet of the General Directorate of the State Tax Administration Agency.

• State Tax Inspector at the Special Delegation of the Tax Agency in Madrid.

Functions of the Department

The Human Resources Department is responsible for the functions of article 9 of Order PRE/3581/2007, of December 10 , which establishes the departments of the State Tax Administration Agency and assigns them functions and powers.
