What is an issuing entity of professional diesel cards?

An issuing entity of professional diesel cards is the person or company that, in compliance with regulations in force on the issuance of payment methods, and prior authorisation from the competent body, issues a professional diesel card.

Issuing entities must submit to the Customs and Excise Department the application for registration of said card in the Professional Diesel Card Registry.

The inscription will constitute the authorisation of all the cards of the same commercial denomination issued by the organisation.
