For these purposes, hydrofluorocarbons (HFCs), perfluorocarbons (PFCs) and sulfur hexafluoride SF6 listed in Annex I to Regulation (EU) 2024/573 of the European Parliament are considered stocks and of the Council of February 7, as well as mixtures that contain them.
