Import of fluorinated gases from Annex I to Regulation (EU) No 2024/573 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 7 February 2024 and their mixtures

In cases of import of fluorinated gases from Annex I of Regulation ( EU ) No. 2024/573 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 7 February 2024 and their mixtures contained in the tables that appear below, the tax settlement will be carried out directly by the import system, without the need for the declarant to enter any information in box 47.
