4.3.2. General Electronic Register

The electronic register allows citizens to file documentation without the need to travel to the offices of the Tax Agency.

In 2015, access to the electronic register has been facilitated through the publication of a prominently displayed link on the home page of the E-Office, which makes it easier to find. Also, to access the electronic register, the taxpayer can identify themselves with a Secure Verification Code (CSV), Cl@ve PIN or an electronic certificate. As a result, in 2015 use of the Electronic register has increased: the CSV has been used in 320,474 register entries; the number of register entries carried out with an electronic certificate was 3,130,426; and lastly, the number of register entries in which Cl@ve PIN was used for identification purposes rose to 22,229.
