4.3.5. Other measures for promotion of the Electronic Administration

Besides the implementation of the prior appointment for all the services rendered in person and of the VERIFICA system, which have been referred to above, the Tax Agency has developed other measures aimed at creating advanced services for the taxpayer, including:

Automated administrative procedure

Increasing the number of cases dealt with automatically allows for greater speed and uniformity in the processing of procedures. One example worth mentioning is the facility for obtaining tax certificates in real time (registry certificates, of tax returns and of tax status).

Pre-populating of the tax return

In the case of periodic tax returns, to create a new tax return it is possible to take the details of the latest declaration filed as a starting point, such that it is only necessary to modify the content that has changed.
