4,1,7. Law on Transparency

On 10 December 2013, Act 19/2013 of 9 December on transparency, access to public information and good governance was published, entering into force a year later. The Tax Agency, following the provisions of the Law, created the Management Unit for the right of access to public information (UDAI), which, until December 31, 2019, resolved 565 requests for information, of which it forwarded 28 to other organizations. and processed 537, of which it granted 269 (102 of them partially); denied 140; disallowed 120; The applicant withdrew 5 applications and filed another 3.

Of the 565 resolved requests, 76 of them were the subject of a claim before the Transparency and Good Governance Council (CTBG), resulting in 15 upheld, 9 partially upheld, 36 rejected, 6 inadmissible because they were out of time, 4 suspended within the deadline for issuing a resolution and Finally, as of December 31, 2019, there were 6 claimed resolutions on which the CTBG had not yet ruled.

From the analysis of these requests it is observed that there are no questions that are periodically repeated. Among the most relevant topics are those related to human resources, contracts, auctions, tenders, the fight against fraud and tax statistics.
