4.3.9. Social networks: YouTube

It must be taken into account that the Tax Agency changed its website on July 15, 2021, unifying the old information portal and the electronic headquarters. For this reason, a multitude of videos (294) were deleted, since they referred to the old website and were no longer useful for the new one.

Throughout 2021, 67 videos have been published on the Tax Agency's YouTube channel.

As of December 31, 2021, the channel had 108 published videos.

During 2021, 4,616 new subscribers have been obtained to the channel. Total subscribers as of January 2022 were 21,066.

During 2021 there have been 2,671,611 views of videos published by the Tax Agency on this channel. It represents 24% less than the previous year. This is due to the removal of many of the videos during 2021 with the change of website.

The most requested videos, as usual, are those related to the Income campaign and, among them, the one that refers to the processing of the draft or declaration, with 231,508 views.
