New items published in the INFORMA programme during November

It is modified to clarify that as of January 1, 2023 the obligation to declare occurs by the mere fact of being registered in one of the self-employed worker regimes , regardless of the volume and qualification of the income obtained.

The exemption applies both when the disqualification for any profession or trade occurs at the time of the declaration of retirement or withdrawal due to permanent disability, and when such situation occurs later, before reaching the mandatory retirement age.
