139970 NON-CONTRIBUTORY DISABILITY PENSION

Non-contributory disability pensions paid out of Social Security Budgets are not covered by the exemption established in article 7.f) of the Personal Income Tax Act and are subject to taxation and will be classified as taxable income from work.
