Economic-administrative claim against Tax Administration actions

You may file a claim under economic-administrative proceedings in relation to the following matters:

  1. The application of State taxes or surcharges established on them and the imposition of tax sanctions carried out by the General Administration of the State and the public law entities linked to or dependent on it and the tax administrations of the Autonomous Communities and Cities with Statute of Autonomy.

  2. Any other that is established by express legal precept of the State.
