Commission Decision (EU) 2020/491 of 3 April 2020 on the exemption from VAT for the import of goods necessary to combat the effects of the COVID-19 outbreak during the year 2020

On April 3, the Decision was published in the Official Journal of the European Union (EU) 2020/491 of the Commission applying a relief from import duties and the exemption in the VAT the importation of goods to be used to combat COVID-19, for release for free circulation by public entities or by organizations authorized by the competent authorities of the Member States.
