Since 2022, the Pre303/LSI service is offered to taxpayers who submit form 303, keep their registration books in electronic format, and have a quarterly periodicity with the exception of those who are included

in SII

under simplified VAT regime

in gold investment regime

Taxpayers under the Special Cash-Based Regime can also use the book import service from the 2nd quarter of 2022
