With a view to provide immediate responses to SII queries, there is a 'Virtual Assistant' included in the SII banner to provide a help service. If this automatic tool cannot solve your query, you can send it by filling out a form submitted by email. Your issue will be analysed by an expert, who will provide a response to the specific user and incorporate it into the Virtual Assistant for future interactions.
Conversations held with the Assistant can be printed or saved (pdf) if the user indicates that the conversation has been useful.
The information provided by the Assistant is subject to constant improvements and updates, taking users' opinions into consideration.
