04-12-2021 SII: Update of the presentation on the new validations to be applied from January 1, 2021 (version 1.1)

The presentation on the new SII validations applicable from January 1 has been updated, making a validation highlighted in red on page 10 more flexible. Specifically, when the invoice type is R2 or R3, the counterparty is allowed to be identified with key 07 (not registered).
