Notification

By Order 57/2025, issued on September 15, 2025, the Central Administrative Litigation Court No. 2 of Madrid, upholds the precautionary protection requested by MARILLION SLU, B18610741, for provisional withdrawal from the list of debtors of article 95 bis of Law 58/2003, of December 17, General Tax Law (hereinafter, LGT). Consequently, it orders the AEAT to provisionally remove the entity from the list of debtors referred to in the contested agreement, until the appropriateness of its inclusion in the framework of the main procedure being processed against the Agreement of the General Director of the AEAT of June 26, 2025, by which the publication of the comprehensive list of debtors for the year 2025 was authorized, referred to in article 95 bis LGT. As a result of this assessment, MARILLION SLU is provisionally removed from said list, which is published here for general information.
