"By Resolution issued on September 4, 2025, the Director General of the State Tax Administration Agency partially upheld the optional appeal for reconsideration filed by DESGUACES LA TORRE SA. NIF: A78035987, against the Agreement of the Director General of the State Tax Administration Agency of June 26, 2025, by which the publication of the comprehensive list of debtors for the year 2025 was authorized, as referred to in article 95 bis of the General Tax Law. As a consequence of this partial estimate, the inclusion of the entity DESGUACES LA TORRE, SA in the publication of the list of debtors of article 95 bis of the LGT is confirmed, although for a lower amount, which is 1,958,981.88 euros.
