Filing method

  • natural persons , except those assigned to the DCGC or UGGE, may submit form 347:

    • Electronically, via the Internet with a signature system with access code (system Cl@ve PIN).

    • Electronically, via the Internet, with an advanced electronic signature or an identification and authentication system, in both cases using a recognized electronic certificate.

  • Legal entities in general, natural persons assigned to the DCGC/UGGE, public administrations, public limited companies and other entities, must submit Form 347 electronically, via the Internet, with an advanced electronic signature or an identification and authentication system, in both cases using a recognized electronic certificate.

  • The filing of Form 347 may be done by the declarant himself or by a third party acting on his behalf (agent or collaborator).

  • The 347 can be presented in two ways:

    • Submission via web form.(up to 40,000 records)
    • Submission by file (TGVI Online)
