Form 347 filing deadline

  • Form 347 must be submitted during the month of February of each year in relation to operations carried out during the previous calendar year.

  • When for reasons of technical nature it is not possible to make the electronic submission via the Internet within the above period, said submission may be made during the four calendar days following the end of the aforementioned period.
