4.7.4. Exceptions

In order to exercise this right, there had to be express consent to the processing of the data by the interested party or a contract between the interested party and the person responsible to process the data.

The data used to comply with the effective application of the state tax and customs system do not usually fall within these cases, so this right may not apply.
