Regarding the measure adopted, in accordance with the provisions of Royal Decree 463/2020, of March 14, to allow the use of electronic certificates that have expired due to the situation caused by COVID-19, it is reported that in order to allow time to regularize electronic certificates in the current situation, where the capacity for face-to-face assistance must be reduced to ensure social distancing, and so that all taxpayers who find themselves in this situation can proceed with the renewal of their electronic certificates, the use of these certificates will be allowed in the Electronic Headquarters of the Tax Agency until July 31.
