Tax information for Corporation Tax. 2019 fiscal year

From next day July 1st , information on their tax data will be made available to taxpayers of Corporate Tax for the purposes of completing the tax return for the year 2019, regardless of the type of entity, the settlement period or whether the tax self-assessment was submitted in the year 2018. The service will be available in co-official languages and in English.

Tax return forms for Corporation Tax and Income Tax for Non-Residents for tax periods beginning between 1 January and 31 December 2019

Published in the BOE Order HAP/565/2020 of 12 June, approving the tax return forms for Corporation Tax and Non-Residents' Income Tax corresponding to permanent establishments and companies in income allocation regimes incorporated abroad with presence in Spanish territory, for tax periods beginning between 1 January and 31 December 2019.

Companies Simulator Website 2019

The open version of the Companies Simulator 2019 is published.

The Simulator is a version of the Companies Website available at the Tax Agency’s e-Office, different from the version the taxpayer uses to submit form 200. One of the most important differences is that, in the case of the simulator version, it is accessible without authentication, i.e. without electronic certificate.

New forms for the voluntary regularisation provided for in Article 252 of the General Tax Act

Order HAC/530/2020 was published in the Official State Gazette, approving forms 770 “Self-assessment of interest on arrears and surcharges for the voluntary regularisation provided for in Article 252 of the General Tax Act” and 771 “Self-assessment of instalments for items and financial years without form available at the AEAT’s e-Office for the voluntary regularisation provided for in Article 252 of the General Tax Act”.
The rule will come into force ten days after its publication in the BOE.
