New Security feature in the e-Office to protect your privacy

Committed to the safety and security of your personal information, we are introducing a new security feature to our e-Office. From now on, every time you access the Office by authenticating yourself using any of the enabled mechanisms (Cl@ve, Electronic Certificate and Reference Number) you will be able to view the history of the last connections made, showing the mechanism used. This feature is designed to help you detect any unauthorized access to your account.

After logging in to our Online Office, you can access this information through your Personal Area.

Or from the mobile application,

We recommend that you regularly review this information to ensure that all listed connections are legitimate.

If you notice any suspicious activity, it is possible that one of your authentication methods may have been compromised. In this case, we recommend that you revoke it and obtain a new one, as well as report the incident to the relevant police authorities.

For more information or assistance, you can consult the Security Notice section of our Electronic Office or request personal assistance through the "Assistance and Appointment" option of the Office, through the IT support service.

We appreciate your help in maintaining a safe digital environment for everyone.
