Form for requesting a refund of all or part of the tax paid, which must be submitted by business persons professionally engaged in the resale of means of transport when the means of transport are shipped outside the territory.

This form must be submitted by businessmen professionally dedicated to the resale of means of transport when they request the refund of the part of the fee paid, corresponding to the value of the means of transport at the time of shipment, with respect to those who prove to have sent it definitively outside the territory of application of the Tax before four years have passed since its first definitive registration, in accordance with the provisions of section 3 of article 66 of Law 38/1992, of December 28, on Special Taxes.

The declaration must be accompanied by the following documentation:

  1. Latest receipt for the Economic Activities Tax.

  2. For each means of transport that is sent outside the territory of application of the Tax:

    1. Vehicle registration permit or navigation license for the vessel or aircraft.

    2. Sales contract.

    3. Certificate of deregistration issued by the competent body in matters of registration.

The request for a refund for resale and shipment of means of transport outside the territory must be submitted electronically via the Internet.
