Declarations of deposit linkage - CAU. Recap Date vs. date of registration in the CAU deposit link declaration registry and other considerations.
The Recapitulation Date will not be reported in CAU returns. This recapitulation date, in the PreCAU declarations, was declared in the DTM+187 segment, with the format YYYYMM (DTM+187:202203:610).
Instead, it will be mandatory to declare the CLE document, Reference/date of registration in the declarant's records, for the declarations of linkage to deposit-CAU that have the key "Z" in the box<ED_1_2_TipoDeclaracionAdicional> (GOING).
The format is as follows:
YYYYMMDD:reference.
First and foremost, and mandatory: the date of registration.
The delimiter “:” (colon) Indicating that the reference will come from it. It's optional.
Rate: the reference of the registration in the registry. It's optional. If declared, the delimiter is mandatory.
How is the CLE document declared?
It is declared in the box for previous documents
.ED_2_1_PrecedingDocument.Type ==> CLE
.ED_2_1_PrecedingDocument.Reference ==> 20220401
The preceding documents box can be declared in headers or items. In the case of "Z" type declarations, the CLE document must be considered in addition to other previous documents, for example, 337 (temporary deposit declaration), which is mandatory to declare (except for regime 95.00).
-
Header
The CLE document will be declared in headers when the registration date is common to all items in the declaration.
-
Games
If there are different registration dates in the records, the CLE must be declared in all the records together with all the preceding documents, and of course, they cannot be declared in the header.
