Modifying XML guides for customs declarations in the test environment
About: modification of customs declaration XML guides in the test environment.
On March 7th at around 3pm we will change the wsdl of the web services ETD, EXS, G3, G5, DSDT Query, DVD-CAU, Import, T2L, H7, sending of digitalized documents, DIVA and ContenedoresServicioWeb (these last two already done) in order to adapt to the migration of the Preproduction environment accessible via the Internet of the AEAT planned for next March 21st, as reflected in the news published in January:
https://preportal.aeat.es/PRE-Exteriores/Inicio/Inicio.html
https://www7.aeat.es/PRE-Exteriores/Inicio/Inicio.html
-
It communicated the closure of the server www7.aeat.es , among others, which is the one we currently have configured for testing. It will also not be possible to use the test ports, which have been deprecated for quite a few years, with the nomenclature "www1.agenciatributaria.gob.es/..../..... P XSOAP instead of V XSOAP
For example, the following:
<!-- Puerto de pruebas antiguo (DEPRECATED). Its use is not recommended.
Old testing port (DEPRECATED). Its use is discouraged.-->
<wsdl:port name="IE615V3Pruebas" binding="IE615V3:IE615V3SoapBinding">
<wsdlsoap:address location=" https://www1.agenciatributaria.gob.es/wlpl/inwinvoc/es.aeat.dit.adu.adrx.ws.IE615P3SOAP "/>
</wsdl:port>
-
The change involves modifying the pre-production endpoints (WSDL ports). Until now there was a single test port on the www7 server and, on some ws, also the deprecated ...PxSOAP. There will now be two test ports:
"prewww1.aeat.es" for personal electronic certificates
"prewww10.aeat.es" for electronic stamp certificates
-
At ETD we also take advantage of the change to include an additional port in production for electronic certificates with the "www10.agenciatributaria.gob.es" seal that already exists in the rest of the web services.
There is no change to the production port currently used by your systems. The customs declaration process via web service in production will not be affected.
The EDIFACT declaration process will not be altered either in production or in test submissions.
-
This announcement is intended to inform you of when we will make this change effective in ETD, EXS, G3, G5 and DSDT Query . The rest of the customs declarations have already made the same modification or will do so in the coming days.

Our Security Department asks us to reiterate the following message regarding the use of the test environment (pre-production):
What can this PREPRODUCTION environment be used for?
These websites are intended to offer tests exclusively in a PREPRODUCTION environment to facilitate the integration and validation of services that the Tax Agency determines to publish in this environment and has been authorized so that they can be used to perform the tests. These services will only allow testing of models and consulting the submitted products under the same conditions as the Pre-production services.
Please note that this environment should only be used to perform this type of specific testing and under no circumstances to perform mass testing, validations integrated into production presentation processes, etc. If abusive uses are detected, measures may be taken to block access.
