Declaration of codes 1313, 1403 and 1404
Next Wednesday, March 1, the declaration of codes 1313, 1403 and 1404 will be put into production in the export system. These codes must be declared in box 44 for those statistical positions subject to control by the FAE -FARME measure "Pharmacy Control of products for EXPORT" when the following conditions are met:
The 1313 certificate will be declared when the operator has a "DOIFE" certificate issued by the AEMPS for the export of the declared products.
Certificate 1403 when the declared statistical position is affected by referral 02230 (for this item, an export declaration will be accepted instead of the DOIFE, stating that the products being exported are not subject to pharmaceutical control) and certificate 1404 may be declared. when the statistical position is affected by referral 02316 (For this item, in operations with SWITZERLAND and ANDORRA, a declaration from the exporter will be accepted instead of the DOIFE, stating that the products being exported are not subject to pharmaceutical control) , the destination country is Andorra or Switzerland and only when the exporter is a laboratory and/or entity previously authorized by the AEMPS.
