New Format of Export and Transit Accompanying Documents

The European Commission has published a new format for accompanying documents for transit declarations (DAT) and export declarations (DAE), adapted to the Union Customs Code.
The AEAT computer system, in the test environment. It already generates this new DAT and DAE format. One of the new features is that the names of the boxes appear in English when the export declaration has a non-Spanish customs office as the Departure Customs Office, and in Spanish otherwise. The same thing happens when the transit declaration has a non-Spanish customs office as its Destination Customs.
This new DAT and DAE format will begin to be generated in the production environment on October 22, 2024 at 16:00:00.
