Items with incompatible regimes in the export declaration for the final period
It is recalled that there is a validation process that comes into effect in the final period, on December 15, which has been established by the European Commission, according to which, in the same export, there cannot be items that have requested regimes from different columns of Annex B.
This validation will be applied to export declarations submitted from that day onwards and is carried out as follows:
If declarationType is equal to 'EX' and at least one Goods Item (item) has Requested Procedure 10, 11, 23 or 31,
Therefore, all Goods Items (items) must have Requested Procedure 10, 11, 23 or 31.
Otherwise,
If declarationType is equal to 'EX' and at least one Goods Item (item) has Requested Procedure 20 or 21,
Therefore, all Goods Items (items) must have Requested Procedure 20 or 21.
Otherwise,
If declarationType is equal to 'CO' and at least one Goods Item has Requested Procedure equal to 10,
Therefore, all Goods Items (items) must have a Requested Procedure equal to 10.
