New system for requesting tariff quotas in case of reopening.
A new system will be implemented for operators to request a tariff quota balance for their respective customs declarations (SAD/H1) when the EU reopens a tariff quota.
This system will allow operators to stay informed about the balance of their quotas. In this way, in the event of a reopening of a previously exhausted quota, it will be the operator himself who will have to request, if applicable, to benefit from that new balance. This ensures uniform treatment for all economic operators.
