In relation to the Information Note 15/2025, dated May 19, 2025, regarding the possibility of submitting re-export declarations for non-Union merchandise leaving temporary storage or free zone, as of July 8 at 2:00 p.m., includes the possibility for the exporter to have a EORI of a person not established in the EU and a NIF ex officio granted by the AEAT.
