a) Import declaration.

Furthermore, when the authorization is in the application of decisions, this customs office must be in box 34 13 of the authorization.

b) Export declaration. 

For the requested regimes 11, 21, 22, 31: It will be mandatory to declare the supervisory customs document "5030 Supervisory customs regime" now in the first item and, from the final period (December 15, 2025) in the subheading support documents. Furthermore, when the authorization is in the application of decisions, this customs office must be in box 34 13 of the authorization.
Similarly for previous regimes 48,51,53. 

Ownership of the authorization for Special Regimes. 

Ownership of the authorizations Foreign Relations will belong to the declarant.
