It has been necessary to redefine section 13 following the implementation of the import declaration CAU .
The aim has been to make it more enjoyable and clear.
Key changes include:

• Possibility of declaring code 404 in addition to the regime in the Canary Islands that allows linking, simultaneously, to REF / CAE / ILT deposit.
• Already happening: Link to REF deposit with II.EE key. = N. (assumption 05, row 2)
• Type of IM declaration and regime 07+F16: country of issuance one of {AD,SM}.
• Supposition 06: greater simplification. And a new HITIELIB table: not publishable on SEDE.

The launch will take place on 02/12/2025.
