The presentation prepared by the Tax Information Technology Department for the Operators Seminar for the entry of the definitive period of Export Declarations, held on October 30th and posted on the Tax Agency's website, in the section Home / Customs / Entry and Exit of goods / Export / Help, has been corrected to inform that the date taken into account to determine whether an additional type "Y" declaration should be validated with the rules of the provisional period or with those of the definitive period is the date of submission of the declaration, instead of the recapitulative date as stated in the presentation.  The clarification and correction can be found on slides number 22 and 23.

Please note that the entry date for the final period rules will be December 15th, and operators must have their systems adapted by that date.
