New version 2.11 of the Cargo Manifest Technical Guide

New version 2.11 of the guide is published EDIFACT of the Cargo Manifest declarations that includes in Annex IV the changes already made days ago for the relaxation of two validations on shipped documents 830 and ZK2.

Important note:
The activation of the RSS authorization existence validation for the document is scheduled for next 20/10/2025 ZSR (error code 564), for which the declared reference must be a valid RSS authorization code for the establishment of regular maritime services, as specified in section"10.1.3. RSS authorization validation in ZSR documents (error 564)"
